A good friend of mine lost her hair due to illness.We went to Playwith Hair and were both overjoyed with the compassion that Tim showed to us. He made the whole experience fun and light hearted, it was just what my friend needed.The quality of the wigs and the way that they are all beautifully displayed was outstanding.The service was impeccable, nothing was a bother it was a lovely experience.

I was on the hunt for a specific wig which i found on the site and was in direct contact with the owner asking to provide me with more photos to make sure it was exactly what i was looking for because i have ordered cheaper wigs and have been disappointed in the past. He was super friendly and helpful replying straight away with more photos and extra information! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had all the info i needed. I purchased the wig and chose express shipping and i had it within 2 days which was fantastic! Wig arrived exactly like the pictures and it was great quality! Thank you Play With Hair! I will be ordering again!

I searched high and low for the one stop wigs and products shop, and I have found it with Play With Hair. My love of Play With Hair began after the arrival of my first wig purchase, it was exactly as pictured and described. I also took their written advice to make sure I choose what I know will suit me. I made my first purchase and I haven't looked back since. Now I have five in total from brunette, red to blonde. Their styling products are great too of which I've purchased as well.I know I can confidently purchase excellent quality wigs in the most coolest awesome styles.My friends have seen me and are blown away how natural and real each one looks on me. To be specific my purchases have been very impressive realistic looking synthetic wigs.Lastly, I'm really impressed with the great customer service...thanks Tim! Yikes! In anticipation of a big evening out in Perth, I contacted Play With Hair for an appointment. I was traveling at the time and explained I needed a new hair system, and in a hurry (wearing hair is not a new thing for me, I wear hair everyday!). In my correspondence, I looked online and offered a photo of a synthetic wig from their website so they would know the style of which I was looking. I am 100% certain this caused the problem. The wig I showed for style clearly wasn’t “high end” enough for them to bother honoring the appointment. In my correspondence with Tim (passive aggressive *just look at the stunning response below!) he dismissed me and offered another shop for me to go to. Well, lucky for the other shop (not the one Tim recommended!) I found a wonderful new system, was happy to pay the $$$$, play with hair lost my business and my recommendation to this shop! I would never recommend a shop that only would take appointments if they are going to make big bucks - I can’t imagine how many vulnerable people have been taken advantage of here!—My review stands as is above. I am editing to address to your response.Your refusal to take responsibility for declining a customer based a judgement of what they would like to purchase is the issue here. As stated before, I tried to create the appointment (not waltz in and demand) prior to coming into any shop. I would have been happy to pay any amount for a new system - I was in a bind.As I said, purchasing hair is not new, and as such I am very familiar with hair price and shop procedures - my usual systems are much more expensive and custom - money is not an issue.What is at issue, is your refusal of service based on a notion that I only wanted an $80 wig. That is really the heart of the issue. You had an appointment time - until you perceived that I was only going to spend $80 - and suddenly the appointment was not available. I would have come and spent hundreds or even thousands of dollars in exchange for a new hair system and great service.I would have expected a response that was more mature in nature, and business like. Perhaps, acknowledging you did something wrong and try to apologize/fix it. Instead I am sure readers will see the personality of the business that has come through loud and clear.

100% recommend. Purchased a wig through the online store and I am really happy with it. Wonderful shopping experience and they were very quick to respond, lovely and helpful over email. Couldn't be happier.

I am posting this on behalf on my mum (Mary) who has recently purchased from Tim at Playwith Hair, and let me tell you...I will be rushing to buy quite a few wigs from Tim myself! His huge selection of wigs is AMAZING, and personal, attentive and kind service is BEYOND INCREDIBLE!! She is already shopping for more wigs from his store. She and I had started wig hunting" a few weeks ago as part of mum's "pick me up makeover" due to her hair loss from being very ill for quite some time. She always had a TON of hair so the sudden and rapid loss has been very depressing for her. After all our research I decided it would be an awesome way to have a few different looks myself AND a great way to cut down on "hair prep time" in my morning rush for work. Anyway

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and received confirmation and my payment went through but I have not heard any further information about my order. I have sent emails and left messages on the phone number on the website and have had no response whatsoever.

I have been dealing with this company for more than 10 years now and the service they supply is the best!!This company is Perth based however, don't let that put you off! You will get your products in a blink of an eye lol no word of a lie... they might be the furthest state in our country but they have the fastest delivery service than our other states!This company has a fantastic range of wigs in all varieties, shapes and sizes, whether you wear it everyday or just for fun. I myself wear a wig everyday except if I'm at home.Tim and his team are there to help you with any question or problems you may have, I've never met another person who is as dedicated to their job as I have with Tim! He goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your product. Tim is very knowledgeable about all things wig : DIf you're serious about all things wig and want something that is stylish, durable and manageable I implore you to go and look at their website for yourself!
